Description

The founders of Workday HCM are David Duffield and Aneel Bhusri, who were previously involved with PeopleSoft. This system is designed to integrate various HR functions into a user-friendly platform. Workday offers cloud-based applications that are cost-effective and feature a sophisticated approach to managing businesses, with a focus on Financial Management and Human Capital Management. Workday HCM streamlines HR and Talent Management into a unified record system. It provides innovative solutions for managing a diverse, global, and mobile workforce, including recruiting top talent, understanding employee skills and requirements, and identifying and nurturing future leaders.
